The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative (USTR) announced additional exclusions on products of Chinese origin subject to List 4a of the Section 301 tariffs.

The exclusions cover 8 product descriptions. Exclusion HTS will be 9903.88.47. The exclusions are retroactive to shipments imported on or after September 01, 2019 and will be valid through September 1, 2020.
